Hello,
I have studied and worked in the architecture industry and now moving into the field of User Experience(UX). My journey into UX started when I overheard a friend of mine talking about how flight booking websites has terrible user-experience. At the time, I did not know what it meant and so I decided to look up what UX was. As I dug deeper into the topic, it sparked my curiosity and interest in wanting to learn more about it. I realised that I had a lot of transferable skills, from my previous role as a Visualizer/Tutor, such as strong passion for design, project management, teamwork and problem solving, that could be applied to UX design. I enjoy the process of understanding my users and building an end product to help with their needs.
